I love Din Tai Fung! And it's not just about the food - which is great, but also the service. Their wait staff are very accommodating - well, at least in Taiwan and Singapore. They also have branches in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, the United States, and Thailand. I hope someone brings this to the Philippines!

Rustic Mornings is one of my favorite breakfast places. Its food items are so good and are reasonably priced. At night, this garden restaurant in Marikina transforms into the more intimate Isabelo.
